This is the ultimate big boy’s toy! Our rig is a Sorensen Design Gazelle motion control rig fully imported from the USA. It is one of the best rigs in Australia and the same as was used on The Lord of the Rings trilogy and King Kong.

Put simply, you can’t make dynamic camera moves in stop motion without reliable motion control and ours is the best in the business.

The rig, combined with our three Mitchell Mark II motion picture cameras, or our DSLRs, is capable of repeating precise camera moves at any speed in either live action or stepped through frame by frame on an animation set.

We can also use the rig to control lights and model movers to create some really standout effects. The boys love playing with it just to see what they can make it do!
